摘要:

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是一种常见的睡眠障碍,以夜晚睡眠期间出现打鼾和(或)伴有呼吸暂停为特征,可导致不同程度的记忆力衰退、神经认知功能的损伤,已经成为许多系统性疾病的诱发因素,且具有逐年增长的趋势。静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)是近年来兴起的一门影像技术,在脑的功能成像上应用越来越广泛,目前,用于OSAHS的脑功能研究也逐渐增多。本文作者综述了近年来一些关于OSAHS患者的静息态脑功能方面的研究资料,重点介绍了rs-fMRI对其相关的一些数据分析方法的研究现状及展望。
