Objective:To investigate the effects of high flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on bone metabolism, carotid atherosclerosis and quality of life in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with MHD who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with common hemodialysis, and the patients in the observation group were treated with high flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. After 6 months of continuous treatment, carotid ultrasound was performed for patients of the two groups, bone metabolism and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of albumin, hemoglobin, triglyceride between the two groups during treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of β2 microglobulin, bone gla protein, parathyroid hormone, β-Ⅰ collagen C-terminal peptide, type I procollagen amino end propeptide were significantly decreased in the two groups, and the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CIMT, the incidence rate of CIMT thickening, carotid atherosclerosis and atheromatous plaque in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the life scores quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:High flux dialysis combined with hemoperfusion has better effect in patients with MHD. It could improve the bone metabolism, reduce the incidence rate of carotid atherosclerosis and improve life quality of the patients. |
