欧洲生命质量量表三种测量方法的一致性研究

摘要：

目的：探讨视觉标尺（VAS）法、时间权衡（TTO）法、标准赌博（SG）法用于欧洲生命质量量表（EQ-5D）测评的一致性。方法：采用分层整群随机抽样方法选取某医学院校600名医学生作为样本，采用中国大陆EQ-5D官方中文版量表进行生命质量测评，应用广义最小二乘（GLS）回归法和加权最小二乘（WLS）回归法构建多元线性回归模型。结果：在医学大学生中，使用固定界限值对正交设计状态评分得到相对一致的结果，模型评分曲线形态相似、几乎重叠，模型回归系数之间的相关系数较高。模型中生命质量影响最大的因素一致，主要为重度的焦虑/沮丧和疼痛/不舒服。结论：在特殊控制的条件下，VAS法、TTO法、SG法可以得出相对一致的结果，在个别健康状态下，SG法评分高于VAS法、TTO法评分低于VAS法；但本研究对象为医学生，可用作青年人群生命质量评分的参考，在全人群中推广应用应慎重。

Objective: To explore the consistency of the three measurement methods with EuroQol five-dimension questionnaire.Methods: Stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 600 medical students as research subjects, and their quality of life were evaluated by Chinese version of the EQ-5D. Multivariate linear regression models were constructed by using GLS and WLS.Results: In medical college students, a relatively consistent result was obtained using the fixed threshold value to score these states by orthogonal design. The score curves were similar and almost overlapped.The most influential factors for the quality of life were consistent with these in models, mainly in the presence of severe anxiety/depression and pain/discomfort. There were close correlations between the models.Conclusion: Under specific conditions,the results of the three methods are relatively consistent. In some healthy individuals, the score of SG method is higher than that of VAS while that of TTO is lower than that of VAS. Becase the subjects of this study are medical students,it can be used as a reference for the assessment of the quality of life for young people. However, it should be carefully considered before it is popularized and applied in the whole population.
