“三七片结合运动”疗法创新干预MTSS的研究

摘要:

目的:研究三七片结合运动疗法对特警学员胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎(MTSS)的疗效。方法:MTSS患者154例,随机分为三七片组、运动组和结合干预组3组。运动组采用维持原有训练的方法,三七片组应用口服三七片并停止训练的方法,结合干预组采用边维持训练边口服三七片的方法。对比3组学员在学期末MTSS愈合率和干预前后的胫骨平均骨密度、腰椎T评分、左右腿肌肉量、疼痛评分等指标的变化。结果:3组愈合速度由快到慢依次为结合干预组、三七片组和运动组;结合干预组的干预后主观疼痛数字等级评分(NRS)学期均值显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),下肢肌肉量显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论:三七片结合运动干预降低训练过程NRS、促进MTSS愈合的效果最佳,可达到更好的训练效果。

Objective:To test the effects of the therapy of Sanqi tablets combining exercise on medial tibial stress syndrome(MTSS) of the SWAT trainees. Methods:154 participants with MTSS were divided into 3 groups randomly, including Sanqi tablets group, exercise group and combining intervention group. Participants in exercise group maintained the original training, while the Sanqi tablets group used oral Sanqi tablets without training, and combining intervention group adopted the method of maintaining training with oral Sanqi tablets.The MTSS healing rate of three groups were compared at the end of the semester.The tibia bone mineral density and average lumbar T score, left and right leg muscle mass, subjective pain numerical ratings scale (NRS) were tested before and after the intervention. Results:The healing rates of three groups (from fast to slow) were those of combining intervention group, the Sanqi tablets group and exercise group; the semester average NRS in combining intervention group after the intervention was significantly lower than that in the other two groups (P<0.05), and the lower limb muscle mass was significantly higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Sanqi tablets combining exercise intervention can reduce the NRS during training process, achieve the best healing effect of MTSS.
