脊柱转移性肿瘤的介入微创治疗现状

摘要:

脊柱转移肿瘤(spinal metastasis)是脊柱最常见的肿瘤,随着肿瘤患者生存期延长,椎体转移发病率逐年增长。表现为背部疼痛进行性加剧、病理性骨折、甚至脊髓受压截瘫。对脊柱转移肿瘤的治疗目标为缓解疼痛、稳定脊柱并尽可能控制局部肿瘤,改善生存质量、延长生存期。介入微创技术因创伤小、并发症少、疼痛缓解率高等优点已成为脊柱转移肿瘤的重要诊疗手段。本文针对目前介入微创技术在脊柱转移肿瘤的应用进展进行综述。

Spinal metastases are the most frequently encountered spinal tumor. The increasing survival in patients with cancer is often accompanied by increasing morbidity. Patients with spinal metastases typically present with progressive and unrelenting pain, pathological fractures,or even lead to spinal cord compression and paraplegic. The treatment objectives for spinal metastases are to relieve pain, stabilize the spinal and control local tumor as much as possible, improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time. Because of the advantages of less surgical trauma,less complications and so forth,the interventional therapy has gradually become an important means for the treatment of spinal metastases. This article aims to make a comprehensive review on the clinical application of minimally-invasive interventional treatment for spinal metastases.
