SNAPIN蛋白的功能研究与进展

摘要:

SNAPIN蛋白在调控神经细胞的生理过程中发挥着重要的作用。一方面,它参与神经元之间信息的交流,实现正常的脑功能;另一方面,还参与清除神经细胞内部受损细胞器的自噬过程,避免神经细胞的凋亡。此外,近年来对SNAPIN蛋白在人体其他系统中的功能研究越来越多,因此本文就SNAPIN蛋白的功能学研究做一综述。

SNAPIN protein plays an important role in regulating the neurological functions. On one hand, this protein is involved in the signal transduction between neurons; on the other hand, it helps to clean the damaged organelles via autophagy. Additionally, more and more functions of SNAPIN are investigated besides the nervous system. Therefore, we summarize the functions of SNAPIN as follows.
