| 社区老年慢性病患者签约家庭医生服务的问卷调查分析 |

目的：了解南京市社区老年慢性病患者对家庭医生签约服务的需求以及影响签约意愿的主要因素，为社区老年慢性病的管理提供政策建议。方法：于2017年3月~5月对南京市18个社区老年慢性病患者用随机抽样方法进行问卷调查，用χ2检验分析影响社区老年慢性病患者签约家庭医生服务的主要因素。结果：被调查的859位老年慢性病患者，意愿签约率为91.73%；χ2检验结果显示受教育程度、医疗费用支付方式、自评疾病经济负担、家庭医生技术水平满意程度4个特征具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：社区老年慢性病患者对签约家庭医生服务的意愿度较高，经济支付能力和家庭医生技术水平满意程度是影响社区老年慢性病患者签约家庭医生服务的主要因素。 |
Objective: To study the demand of family doctor service among the elderly chronic disease patients in community and its influencing factors, and provide references for the management. Methods: Samples were selected by random sampling method. The questionnaire investigation was performed among residents in 18 communities of Nanjing from March to May 2017 to observe their willingness to family doctor contracted services and analyze the influencing factors with Chi-square test. Results: Among 859 elderly chronic disease patients were investigated, 788(91.73%) had the willingness of receiving family doctor contracted services, and the main influencing factors were education background, insurance, economic burden from diseases and satisfaction on the skill of family doctors. Conclusion: The elderly patients with chronic diseases in communities have strong demand of family doctor service. Payment capacity and satisfaction on the skill of family doctors are the main influencing factor. |
