Nrf2-ARE信号通路在百草枯中毒中的研究进展

摘要:

百草枯(PQ)中毒是一个世界性难题,中毒后的死亡率高达50%~80%,迄今为止尚无特效解毒药。研究发现氧化应激反应在PQ中毒中起非常重要的作用,而近年来Nrf2-ARE信号通路作为抗氧化研究领域的一个热点,该信号通路可启动多种抗氧化基因及下游Ⅱ相解毒酶的转录,减少活性氧(ROS)的产生,可进一步减轻PQ导致的脏器损伤,该信号通路在PQ中毒和治疗中的作用受到关注。本文作者将对Nrf2-ARE信号通路在PQ中毒中的研究进展作一综述。
