小肠疾病的显示及诊断无论对于影像还是临床都是一个很有挑战性的领域。磁共振小肠造影(MRE)应用于临床已经20多年,其逐渐成为诊断小肠疾病的重要手段。使用合适的对比剂将小肠充分充盈扩张是小肠造影检查的关键所在,作者拟从MRE方法的研究现状及其临床诊断价值进行综述,从而综合认识MRI在小肠病变的诊疗评估价值。
