长链非编码RNA在前列腺癌的研究进展

摘要:

前列腺癌是一种危害男性健康的肿瘤,血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)作为目前早期诊断前列腺癌的标记物逐渐显示其局限性,并且,治疗前列腺癌的方法也有待突破。近年来,随着对长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)的深入研究,显示了lncRNA与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,许多与前列腺癌有关的lncRNA以及影响前列腺癌细胞增殖、侵袭、凋亡的作用机制被逐步发现,成为前列腺癌早期诊断和治疗的研究热点。作者就近年来lncRNA对前列腺癌的发生发展作用研究作一综述。
