结肠癌干细胞疫苗研究与展望

摘要:

结肠癌干细胞(CSCs)参与癌症发生发展并在其中扮演重要角色,被认为是结肠癌治疗的潜在靶点.结肠癌疫苗具有疗效高、特异性强、不良反应小等优点,而结肠癌CSCs疫苗则具有更强的免疫原性、更高的靶向性和治疗效果,已成为结肠癌疫苗研究的关注点.
