摘要:

轴突导向因子Netrins是神经导向因子四大家族之一,在神经系统发育和修复中起重要作用,近年来研究发现Netrin-1及其受体Unc5b在冠状动脉粥样硬化发病机制中具有重要作用.作者综述了Netrin-1及其受体Unc5b在冠状动脉粥样硬化发病机制中作用的研究进展.
