妊娠期糖尿病脐血miR-222表达水平及其与子代出生体重的相关性分析

摘要:

目的: 研究微小RNA-222(miR-222)在妊娠期糖尿病发病中的作用.方法: 用实时PCR检测妊娠期糖尿病患者和正常产妇脐血中miR-222的表达水平,用Spearman等级相关分析研究miR-222表达水平与新生儿体重的关系.结果: 妊娠期糖尿病组miR-222表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Spearman等级相关分析显示miR-222表达水平与新生儿体重呈负相关.结论: miR-222是差异表达于妊娠期糖尿病患者脂肪组织中的微小RNA,显著低表达于妊娠期糖尿病患者脐血血清中,这对阐述妊娠期糖尿病的发病机制有一定的帮助.

Objective: To research the role microRNA-222(miR-222) plays in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM). Methods: Real-time PCR was used to detect miR-222 expression level in cord blood from GDM patients and pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance. According to Spearman rank correlation analysis, there existed a negative correlation between miR-222 expression level and neonatal weight. Results: MiR-222 expression level in GDM group is significantly lower than control(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis found that miR-222 expression levels present negative corelations with neonatal weight. Conclusion: MiR-222 is found be to differentially expressed in omental adipose tissues from GDM patients and pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance and also expressed at a significantly lower level in cord blood serum from GDM patients.This study is helpful to further reveal the role of miR-222 in the pathogenesis of gestational diabetes mellitus.
