去肾脏交感神经治疗的临床研究进展

摘要:

以肾脏交感神经射频消融术为代表的去肾脏交感神经治疗是顽固性高血压非药物治疗的新手段,进一步研究发现该技术同时可以治疗交感神经激活相关的其他疾病,如心功能不全、心房颤动和室性心律失常、呼吸睡眠暂停、胰岛素抵抗和蛋白尿,其广泛的应用前景使之成为心血管疾病治疗的新希望。
