颌面部三维及二维成像在临床应用中的比较

摘要：

目的:探讨颌面部三维及二维成像在临床工作中的作用.方法:24例颌面部疾病患者经螺旋CT扫描后分别经三维及二维重建,将所得结果进行对比.结果:三维成像在显示骨折数目、邻近软组织及颞颌关节间隙时差于二维成像,但是在立体显示病变大小、形态和程度方面明显优于二维成像.结论:三维和二维成像密切结合,才能在临床工作中发挥更重要的作用.

Objective To evaluate and compare the clinical value of maxillofacial three dimentional(3D)and two dimentional(2D)reconstruction.Methods Twenty four cases of maxillofacial disease were all examined with spiral CT.The imaging finding of three dimentional reconstruction was compared with that of two dimentional reconstruction.Results 2D image was better in showing the number of fracture,adjacent soft tissue and temporomandibular joint,however 3D image was superior to 2D image in tridimensionally showing the size,shape and extention of the lesions.Conclusion The combination of 3D and 2D images is more useful in clinical practice.
