螺旋CT血管造影对主动脉病变的应用价值(附8例报告)

摘要：

目的:介绍螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)常规扫描及三维重建方法,评价其在主动脉病变中的临床应用价值.方法:回顾分析8例主动脉病变,采用5 mm层厚、在螺距1～2之间进行扫描,应用工作站进行各种功能重建.结果:多平面重建(MPVR)可较好地显示主动脉夹层的内膜片和血栓的范围;表面阴影显示(SSD)会较好地显示腹主动脉瘤瘤体、形态、大小及其与周围血管的关系;最大密度投影(MIP)能较好显示主动脉血管壁的钙化;CT仿真内窥镜成像 (CTVE)对主动脉内腔及其分支血管开口情况等显示较好.结论:SCTA是评价主动脉病变较好的影像检查方法,能为临床提供较多的诊断信息.

Objective The article introduced the method of regular scan and three dimensional reconstruction in spiral CT angiography,and evaluated its clinical application in aortic diseases.Method Eight cases of aortic disease were analized retrospectively with scan parameter of 5～7?mm collimation and 1～2 pitch.The images were reconstructed with three?dimensional software in workstation.Result Multiposition volume reconstruction(MPVR) well demonstrated the intimal flap of dissecting aneurysm and the extent of thrombus;Surface shaded display(SSD) well showed the body of abdominal aneurysm,and its shape,size and relationship to surrounding vessles;Maximum intensity projection(MIP) well displayed the calcification of the vascular wall;CT virtual endoscope(CTVE) can showed the inner wall of the arota and orifice of its branches.Conclusion Spiral CT angiography is a noninvasive method for evaluating aortic disease,and provides valuable information for clinical diagnosis.
