葛根素对腹膜透析伴发氧化应激的干预作用

摘要:

目的:观察在腹膜透析(PD)液中添加葛根素对PD伴发腹腔氧化应激状态的干预作用.方法:36例终末期肾脏病连续性非卧床腹膜透析(CAPD)病人,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组18人.实验组在PD液中添加葛根素注射液50mg·(2 L)-1,对照组不加药,均行标准CAPD(每天4次更换PD液,每次2 L).用药后第16天与用药前比较两组病人血清和透出液氧化应激指标[谷胱甘肽(GSH)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]及透析充分性等指标的变化.结果:用药后实验组病人血清及透出液GSH、T-SOD均较用药前明显升高(P<0.05),透出液MDA在用药后明显降低(P<0.05),而血清白蛋白、总肌酐清除率(Ccr)、KT/V、每天超滤量无明显变化.结论:在PD液中添加葛根素可以改善PD病人腹腔及全身的氧化应激状态.

Objective To investigate the effect of puerarin on oxidative stress in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients.Methods 36 stable CAPD patients were randomized into experimental group(n=18) dialyzed with the peritoneal dialysis fluid containing 50 mg·(2 L)-1 puerarin and control group(n=18) dialyzed with the regular peritoneal dialysis fluid.Serum albumin,KT/V,creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),oxidative stress markers of both serum and dialysis effluent such as glutathione(GSH),total-superoxide dismutase(T-SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) were evaluated at the begining and the end of the 16-day observation.Results Sixteen days later,GSH,T-SOD and MDA in both serum and effluent were improved significantly in the experimental group as compared with the beginning as well as compared with the control group after 16 days(P<0.05).However such improvement were not observed in the control group.And neither intragoup nor intergroup difference were found in serum albumin,KT/V,ultrafiltration and Ccr.Conclusion Supplementation of puerarin into peritoneal dialysis fluid can ameliorate oxidative stress in CAPD patients without apparent side effect.
