DNA甲基转移酶3B在异常发育中作用的研究进展

摘要:

正常的DNA甲基化模式对于哺乳动物细胞的生长和发育至关重要,其通过基因沉默、印迹清除和重建、X染色体失活等作用于胚胎发育期在细胞内建立特异的DNA甲基化模式,这种模式在胚胎发育和细胞增殖过程中能稳定传递,影响个体整个生长、发育过程.DNA甲基转移酶3B(DNA methyltransferase 3B,DNMT3B)是哺乳动物体内的DNA重新甲基化酶之一,在建立和维持个体的DNA甲基化模式的过程中起到了非常重要的作用.关于DNMT3B的研究已经越来越成为众多科学研究者关注的热点.
