灌南地区中学生道路交通伤害的流行病学研究

摘要:

目的:探讨中学生道路交通伤害(RTI)的流行病学特征,为建立有效的干预措施提供依据.方法:采用分层整群抽样方法和自拟调查表,对灌南地区6所中学的初、高中4个年级共911名学生进行RTI的流行病学调查.结果:中学生RTI发生率24.5%,95%可信区间为21.7%~27.3%,男性、十五六岁、初中、不住校、以骑自行车上下学、来自非城区学校、家住城郊或集镇以及高收入家庭的学生是RTI高发人群.中学生RTI发生时的交通方式为骑自行车(46.6%)、步行(33.2%)和其它道路使用方式(20.2%).结论:应针对RTI的分布特征采取有效措施,预防和控制中学生RTI的发生.

ObjectiveTo study the epidamicalogical characteristics of road traffic injures(RTI)in the middle school students,and to take effective measures against RTI.Method A total of 911 students were selected using a stratified-cluster sampling methed method in six middle schools in Guannan area and investigated with self-designed questionnaire.Results The total incidence rate of RTI in the past 2 years was 24.5%,its 95%CI being 22.5%-28.2%.Male students of 15~16 years old in junior middle schoool day-students,bicycle riders,suburbans,members of family with high income going to schools locating in the suburbs town,were at risk of RTI accidents.The investigated injurers were classified as bicyclists(46.6%),pedestrians(33.2%)and other(20.2%) according to traffic means.Conclusion Some preventive measures should be preliminarily taken to control the RTI occurrence.
