胰腺癌中ETS1与血管生成的研究进展

摘要:

近年来全球范围内胰腺癌发病率呈逐年上升趋势。胰腺癌临床症状隐匿、早期诊断困难、侵袭性强,五年生存率低。随着恶性肿瘤分子生物学研究不断进展,许多肿瘤的分子靶向治疗已取得良好效果,但胰腺癌死亡率与发病率仍十分接近。因此,探讨胰腺癌发生发展的分子机制十分必要。ETS1(E26 transformation-specific sequence-1)基因是一种原癌基因,其编码一种转录因子,并通过与下游靶基因的ETS结合位点(ETS binding site,EBS)结合在肿瘤发生和发展中起重要作用。目前认为ETS1在胰腺癌血管生成中有一定作用,作者就这方面研究现状加以综述。
