来曲唑治疗子宫内膜增生症的疗效观察

摘要：

目的:观察来曲唑治疗子宫内膜增生的临床效果。方法:将经诊断性刮宫确诊为子宫内膜增生的60例患者随机分为两组:来曲唑组口服来曲唑片2.5mg,每日1次,持续3个月;醋酸甲羟孕酮组口服醋酸甲羟孕酮10 mg,每日1次,持续3个月。观察两组用药前后的症状改善情况及子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜增生的转化情况及药物不良反应等,评估疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后月经量、经期及贫血症状均明显改善,来曲唑组的临床症状改善及增生内膜的转化率、不良反应发生情况均优于醋酸甲羟孕酮组。结论:来曲唑治疗子宫内膜增生疗效肯定,副作用小。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Letrozole on endometrial hyperplasia.Methods:Sixty patients with endometrial hyperplasia which were diagnosed by pathology were randomized divided into two groups.Treatment group received Letrozole tablets 2.5 mg·d^-1.Control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone 10 mg·d^-1. All patients were treated for 3 months. The treatment effect was observed.Results: After treatment,the situation for clinical symptom, menstrual period and anemia were improved.The effective rate,the transformation of endometrial hyperplasia and the incidence of poor reactions were superior to that of treatment group.Conclusion:The effect of Letrozole is sure to treat endometrial hyperplasia,and there is a characteristics of fewer side effects.
