摘要:

DNA甲基化(DNA methylation)是基因组表观遗传修饰的重要组成部分,在细胞正常功能维持、个体胚胎发育及人类疾病发生等方面起到重要作用。在肿瘤发生中,DNA甲基转移酶3A(DNMT 3A)可以与细胞内的转录因子、组蛋白甲基转移酶以及MicroRNA作用,共同完成对肿瘤相关基因的调控。作者对近年DNMT 3A与三者间关系方向的研究作一综述。
