糖尿病肾病动物模型研究进展

摘要:

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病全身性微血管合并症之一,是终末期肾病(ESRD)发生的主要原因。选择理想的DN动物模型对阐明DN的发病机制、更新DN防治策略具有重要意义。目前使用的DN动物模型主要包括手术或化学药物诱导的DN模型、自发性DN模型和转基因DN模型等。作者就当前广泛认可、比较成熟的1型和2型DN动物模型作一综述。
